Single-Frame Frontstoßstange
gives your Audi A8 D2 facelift model the look of the new Audi A8 D3 with Single-Frame front.
The bumper is available for cars with or without Parktronik / PDC and with or without headlight washer system. If the car is not equipped with the headlight washer system, the caps have to be bought along with the bumper to seal the openings in the bumper. If the car is equipped with the parking sensors an additional cable extension for the sensors is needed and has to be ordered separately.
The front bumper can be combined with the OEM front grills V8, W12 and S8. An additional alternative is the „Hofele“ front grill without Audi rings.
The front bumper consists of two parts, the basic front bumper which gets mounted in the same way as the OEM bumper and the so called bonnet / hood extension piece which gets glued onto the bonnet / hood. Into this extension piece the front grill gets inserted.
The special glue is part of the delivery as well as a longer bonnet / hood opener and other needed parts.
Besides the extension piece, no other adjustments to the car are needed.
The bumper is made of the high quality material HPG.
Attention: the fog lamps and mesh inserts have to be taken from the OEM bumper. Only the fog lamps with the Audi part numbers 8D0 941 699 B / 8D0 941 700 B will fit the new bumper. If your A8 is equipped with different fog lamps you need to buy the correct lamps + mesh inserts!
To use this front bumper on an Audi S8 D2 you also have to additionally buy the above named fog lamps + mesh inserts from the A8 D2, the ones from the S8 wont fit!
